Dr. Reginald L. Stroble is an innovative and seasoned leader in higher education administration,
bringing a proven track record of driving student success and retention initiatives in diverse
educational settings. As the current Director of the Center for Student Success at Trinity
Washington University, Dr. Stroble has developed and executed strategic programs that
significantly enhance student engagement, retention, and graduation rates. His leadership is
characterized by a deep commitment to educational equity and access, particularly for
underserved and first-generation college students.
